The board election board results were confirmed.
Election of officers:
The board accepted the continuing service of the CFO and secretary, at the pleasure of the consensus of the membership.
Jonathan Lassoff offered his resignation as President.
The board decided that the secretary should announce the resignation of the President, and offer it up for the Noisebridge consensus meeting to decide on a new president.
