There is no power running to any of the sockets on the East wall, including those in and around the DJ booth. Temporarily mitigated by running an extension from the box behind the fridge to the DJ booth.

<br>The gate open button next to the upstairs door is not working.199.188.193.145 19:19, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
31
The downstairs door electrically-releaseable strike-plate device is not working well enough.  It needs to be oiled periodically or the door doesn't latch when closed, it just rests on the latch, unlocked.  This will be helped by fixing bug #32, broken door latch assembly.  It would also be helped by increasing the door closer strength either by adjusting or replacing the door closer.  Observed November 30, 2012 Jake
32
The downstairs door latch assembly is broken.  This is the part that sticks out of the swinging gate and sticks into the electrically-releaseable strike-plate device.  The problem is that the deadlatch component of the door latch assembly is gone, and so the latch bolt flops around loosely.  People have been penetrating our security using a BART card or whatever they want.  We need to replace the latch assembly.  It is a Schlage.  This is not the landlords' job, as we make 99% of the traffic through that door and 100% of the tampering with it.  Observed November 30, 2012 Jake
FIXED Gate latch assembly has been replaced, Robert (not RayC) bought a new one and wants to be reimbursed. Electrical actuator now secured to fastening plate with bolts & nuts. Additionally, hydralic dampener has been adjusted; gate now gently closes & locks. 12/29/12 robb
