Frantisek's Cold Czech Cheesecake Recipe (Vegetarian)
Ingredients:
strained yogurt (Strauss organic whole yogurt, strain 3 hours)
2 cups yamamomo/myrica rubra fruit (soft and slightly fermented)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey (liquid)
2 cups of kombucha
1/2 cup coconut milk
honey graham crackers
Cookware needed:
Blender
Casserole pan
Cooling unit
Directions:
Strain yogurt with a muslin strainer for 3 hours
Blend yamamomo fruit with all the wet ingredients
Taste to see if you've created something delicious

1 can coconut milk (14oz)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
