Fabrication Guild maintains many machines used to fabricate things such as sewing, 3D Printing, etc.

There is an extensive Resources page with many items that are not yet maintained by any particular guilds. If you see items there that deserve maintainers, add them to the appropriate guilds resource lists and volunteer as a maintainer.
