This is the sketch of the roadmap for fundraising based on the Scandiuzzi Krebs document found in the Fundraising_Tasks page.

Please see this Google Sheets for a tracker which includes an Overview, task list, road map, case statement, and fund tracking. This is the basis for project managing the effort as a list of tasks to be owned and managed. Ownership of tasks will change as people have time to volunteer, and no one will be put under pressure to deliver. The PM, current Matt Arcidy (Rando) will give a best effort to highlight issues as they arise, be it short falls, missed targets, resource gaps, etc, but will not act as a person manager, boss, etc.

Planning Phase

This is the first three months of work, before we start going out to donors.

These may all be done in parallel, to some degree, except parts of the case statement.

Outreach Phase

We need to track both donor progress and overall progress of fundraising.

Overall Progress

This section tracks the overall progress towards our fundraising goals, with two breakdown models: $1M goal and $2M goal

$1,000,000

Amount Goal # Current # Goal $ Current $
$150,000 1 0 $150,000 $0
$100,000 2 1 $200,000 $100,000
$50,000 3 0 $150,000 $0

$10,000 15 0 $150,000 $0
$5,000 20 0 $100,000 $0
$2,500 30 0 $75,000 $0
$1,000 150 0 $150,000 $0
$250 750 0 $187,500 $0
TOTAL 986 0 $2,062,500 $100,000

Donor Progress

For each donor we'll need to do the following, in order:

  1. Apply/Contact
  2. Do Meetings and Tours (as necessary)
  3. Talk Amounts
  4. Transer Money
  5. Distribute Rewards

We should keep track of these in aggregate, in a timeline/sequence. As sufficient numbers of donors complete stage 4, we trigger an reward distribution, eg every 10 new $5000 donors, we throw a party inviting them all. Alternatively, could be every month, after some number of donors?

Timeline is as the following example:

Name Contact Meeting/Tour Amount Discussed Amount Transfered
John john@gmail, april 25, DONE meeting, may 3, DONE $10,000, may 7, DONE $10,000, june 1, DONE
Mary (511) 372-5507, may 14, DONE tour, june 9, DONE
