Valencia Street is an official route of the San Francisco Bicycle Network, with designated bicycle lanes in both directions.  There may be a relatively high incidence of bicycle theft in the vicinity of 16th and Mission, so bicycles should be parked outdoors [http://www.sfbike.org/?theft with caution].

Street parking in the area is difficult, since the 16th and Valencia area is a popular entertainment district.  There is a commercial parking garage at 42 Hoff Street (Hoff Street is just across 16th Street from Wiese).  Several BART stations outside of San Francisco city limits [http://www.bart.gov/guide/parking/index.aspx also have parking available].
