Project Requirements:
Telemetry and control.

- pressure (potentially multiple, probably Freescale)
- radiation
- thermal (multiple? maybe 1-wire?)

- Icarus

Control:
- buoyancy control - solenoid valve to vent balloon
- rope release - nichrome wrapped around nylon?
