Inclusivity is a Noisebridge value.

Inclusivity takes many forms in practice to welcome the many people that can be included.

The general idea is that Noisebridge is meant to be free and open to as many excellent creative and technical folks as possible who are capable of getting along and we work at trying to help people do so so they can continue to enjoy participation.

Inclusivity-related policies[edit]

  • Accessibility: Group-maintained guide for making events and infrastructure accessible to online participation and disabled users in the space.
  • Starving Hacker Guide: Help surviving with minimal funds.
  • Anti-Harassment Policy: We strive to make the space safe from bigotry or unwanted attention by dealing with any kind of harassment.
