#The scheme for putting music on the the jukebox is still to sftp in and upload whatcha got (/var/music), but I'm unsure how to convince ampache to rebuild the database after doing so. Maybe it's automagic? Jay should tell us how to do this, or someone can read the docs at some point.

After lots of difficulty with Jinzora, things have changed again:

Service software: Ampache

Access Instructions: (Assumes local noisebridge network access)

  1. visit http://172.30.0.20/ampache/index.php (or http://jukebox.noise when the TLD works again, currently b0rked)
  2. Select "localplay" to stream files to the stereo
  3. You can create yourself a user account, but at the moment the guest account is an admin, so all this really gets you is the ability to make playlists associated with your login
  4. The scheme for putting music on the the jukebox is still to sftp in and upload whatcha got (/var/music), and then go to Admin => Catalog => Update all
