What

We'll start with basics of using a pen, exercises in making marks on the page, and introductions to forms of italic and blackletter. In later classes we'll make our own cola pens, 3D print letters, or laser-cut a letterpress font. Would you like to help design a NoiseBridge font?
What to bring
Recommended, but not required:
- An phone/mp3/music player, headphones, and a few of your favorite songs
- A ball point pen and blank printer paper
- Any calligraphy pen, markers, ink you already have
- Clothes that you don't mind getting a little ink on, a smock, or a very steady hand.
I will have some pens and paper too, so don't sweat it if you come last minute.
