=== Discussion Item 1 ===
Capp Street Elevators
Based on a bit of discussions with peopel it sounds like we won't be able to modify the front to have an outdoor elevator (permit hell). It must be inside the space or the backyard area. or the back closet. Looking at some of the designs for Noisebridge 272
Some elevators are supciciously cheap on Ali Express for 5k. Don't know about permits if we take it this way.
Might have it in the backyard and not have to mess with the hole
Might have weekly friday meetings regarding this. Discord ADA meeting at 6PM on Friday.
Jitsi Channel has people at noisebridge now.
Discord, has channels, and better screensharing and note taking.
=== Discussion Item 2 ===
Fundraising
Grant writing season for non profits and independant spaces. if people want to write grants for noisebridge or research grants we can apply for please send it to the fundraising group on slack or discord. We had small project grants before. Our issue is that we are not particular on what we did and how they benefit from the transaction. (kind of an issue). This is why we often get small grants for circuit hacking, sewing, stupid stuff hackathon. We'd like ADA and sustainability. Maybe a grant to put Solar on the roof. Maybe a Hydroponic grant. Due at the end of this month. Any comments?
Reach out to Pyconautconaught if you need help writing a grant. (they are on discuss and slack)

X has access to the space now and Mission. Mission is not clean yet. Robert, dan, and Tyler oall had keys. will add an electronic key system soon. We have no policy right now we need to make one.
Ryan: bikeshed is our new door access system that we've been discussion for w while, but  it is on hold. It will take a while to build. it needs to be able to have a secure door. We don't have a 2 door system right now, so we don't want to do that now.
X: There is now an electic stripe to the bottom door now and we also have gates. we have the opportunity to do limited open this month with a few people presenting from the space. If people have not been coming to the space regularly, then come to the space with dan or X. They spend 6-10/ daily doing things here on the space. 10/20% of our time on personal projects. We have pleanty of dirty work to do. Still have to pull out some junk. Please help us by investing some hours moving things. We can get  (pyconaut) up to speed and its been a slow process and nobody knows what else needs to be done.
Relay: Did we have any heavy machenry at 2169
X two mills, lathes, large tables are still there, more lockers,
we are waiting on the devision to do a state elevator inspection. It's backed up (weeks or months). and they hate our elevator. our stuff is fine there now until we can get the elevator fixed again. Laser cutter has been taken down and needs to be reassembled.
we need to check our insurance and with the city before we move the laser cutter. Also its a pandemic btw.
There is alot of work to be done with 50 + projects that need to be set up. The tablesaw needs to be cleaned for example and take the petrified wood out of the gears, which is dangerous if the gears slip. it needs more work. once we fix that we can do lots of amazing work. Please donate stuff. We need 4x8 plywood sheets and 2x4 wood planks.
We brought over rails for the bathroom. Improving the enterance. want others involved. Chaz is working on the network but we'd like more people involved with networks. Anyone that knows or wants to know about laser maintanance to get that set up. Pychonaght is not entirely confident in fixing the laser. (careful with the belt in fixing this). Maybe we should put all of the machines on wheels.
