there was an old membership binder, there's a new one

Looking for vibe check to see if anyone is philosophically opposed to a public-ish record in some form.

Looking to get a digital record-keeping system in place.

Steve: membership is secret. 

E: There are members under a nym. Their identity is kept secret, and the way they give money to treasurer is kind of manual.

Steve: would be nice to keep the anonymity of Members, especially those who without that would stop paying

E: I don't think this would at all stop the anonymous membership option

JD: Does this cover who has access to the space?
E: Yes, they currently track which members have keys.
