Gates, locks.
Making the conflict resolution structure more explicit—to be more fair (?) in the eyes of new members, and less involved members.
In reality, a trusted core group runs the space. It would be nice, with their trust and supervision, delegate to checkable messaging, some people to uphold rules on a more daily basis.
