The list of things that need to be done before, during and after our move.
Should be in actual order that they need to be done.
- get consensus that we're moving
- find somewhere to move to
- look in existing lease for exit requirements
- resolve existing lease/inform landlord/pay any default fees
- get consensus on layout for new location
- apply for new location/sign contract
- get keys
- copy new keys and distribute to members
- activate all utilities
- install any needed fixtures
- move furniture and equipment
- set up furniture and equipment in new location
- decorate
- sleep
