Day to day operations at Noisebridge are handled by participation but some official business is handled by the secretariat and emergencies call for safety procedures. We have regular finances reports during meetings. |

- Secretariat - Running a nonprofit organization
- Board ~ Bylaws ~ Insurance
- City of SF paperwork: Access improvement ~ City registration
- State paperwork: Certificate of Status (as a nonprofit)
- Finances - The one social construct we're still party to
- Membership - Maintain a current, up to date list of members in good standing
- Entities to interface with, but insulate community from on daily basis:
- US: 501c3 with IRS. (So organization is nonpolitical, org cannot participate in any political campaign.)
- CA: CA non-profit wp:California FTB.
- City/=County: SF
- Business, licensed.
- Space use. Planning department (not Building department)
- Grants, Arts Commissions, Parks, Neighborhood.
Physical operations[edit | edit source]
- House keeping - Weekly chores and other vitals
- Stickers - The ubiquitous stickers and how to restock our supply
- Opening and closing the space
- Safety mostly about fire safety
Digital infrastructure[edit | edit source]
Consult the rack group on slack or discord for more info on our servers, internet, github repos, and so on.
