On January 29th 2021 some water ingress from the roof was observed.

The bathroom at the rear of the upstairs appears to have fresh water damage indicated by bubbling paint and was damp to the touch.

Just outside the bathroom there is discoloration on the ceiling indicating water damage, it is difficult to ascertain if this was from a previous on going condition or entirely new.

Above the noted areas on the roof, the water pools a bit near one of the drain points, there are also a couple of pipes coming through the roof in this section. It appears to be in reasonable condition, however it seems clear there is a leak(s) in this general area.
