it's kind of weird having the mailman page, which describes mailing lists, and this page, which also describes them. i can see this becoming confusing in the future. $.02

I deleted the following text which implies there was an actual policy, when there isn't:

- [COMMERCIAL] for all commercially related topics, essentially anything for-profit
- [JOB] for all job postings, job referrals, or job discussions.
