I wasn't at the meeting but did want to comment back on a quote, that its not so much that our rent is insanely cheap, but that prices in the area have increased abnormally, to "crazy high" The quote was, "Our rent is insanely cheap in process of negotiating new lease from landlord want same conditions as what was already there seems positive with landlord we put 20K into the space last year- that is appealing to him that it doesn’t show up as income on his books "

Some people say the current prices are a bubble, with a correction coming, but no one knows for sure if a new normal has been created. Just stating this for discussion, not recommendations.
