Mitch, I specifically added the links to give people the sense that it is something we want to link to the wiki.  It's a more wikilike thing that way.  That said, the process of printing (which is currently Rubin copy-n-pasting back into Indesign) will remove the links automatically.  So, I'm going to put them back into the web version.
