I have a proof of concept utilizing a [http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-beer/jockey-boxes-cid-671.html cold plate], some [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermoelectric_cooling Peltier coolers] and a Macintosh Plus case to create a solid state Thermo-Electric Beer Server.  It has passed an initial alpha test, but requires some beta testing.
