howdy guys,

            I mentioned to a few that I

may be aware of a potentially attractive candidate for a new space;

its at 16-7th street at least thats where the entrance is the space

is downstairs ie the basement it has a bathroom is freshly rehabbed
 +
and painted and new ish it is a wopping 9000 sq feet well vented and I
 +
believe worthy of a look and  for $4000.- a mo. its only
 +
very unredeeming flaw is a lack of windows per se. As mentioned is well
 +
ventilated freshly painted and rehabbed. If you guys are up for a look
 +

impotent update

                welp this space really has no windows and the roof
 +
leaks and its in a very depressing neighborhood and and besides Ive
 +
since gotten into a major uh shall we say flavorfull disagreement
 +
with the guy there so really it isnt such a great place afterall the
 +
potential landlord has a surreal occasional tendency to manifest and
 +
become the worlds biggest asshole sucking in all and everything
 +
including light and all thats good especially noise(noyz)
 +

and yet another candidate for nuspace for the noyZ

   this one is a former fire dept bldg so its got a large front door

and very large innards with back office and bath with one of those
 +
cooool urinals from the 20's...it is in a nice residential neighborhood

one block off mission and a vast biz district full of taco places a
 +
buger king safeway post office plus it is by mission and brazil
 +
the rent was 1200 a mo but that was for an old tenant since the 50's
 +
yah its in the outer mish/excelsior but its worth a look the
 +
landlord is a nice guy......Ill give a full presentation come
