howdy guys,
I mentioned to a few that I
may be aware of a potentially attractive candidate for a new space; its at 16-7th street at least thats where the entrance is the space is downstairs ie the basement it has a bathroom is freshly rehabbed and painted and new ish it is a wopping 9000 sq feet well vented and I believe worthy of a look and for $4000.- a mo. its only very unredeeming flaw is a lack of windows per se.
