Looks like channel DAHDI/1 is attached to the origination POTS line from the telco.

Channel DAHDI/3 is attached to the line terminating in the rear of the space.

-Asterisk has a Wildcard TDM410 with a 4 POTS lines.
+Channel DAHDI/3 is attached to the line terminating in the rear of the space.
-Need root on pegasus to control Asterisk stop/restart.
-Possibly only need asterisk group membership to edit configuration files.
