Okay, I believe we have the information for you now.

There are approx. 55 linear feet of glass at 2169 Mission.

As per the rennovations, we have the following from our landlord:
"The most recent renovations to the buildings plumbing and electrical
work were done in 1985 by the previous owner. The roof was most
recently renovated in 1995, and you are correct about the absense of
heating."

There is no central air system of any kind in our location.
