[Build] Doorbell & keypad

The doorbell isn't making any sound, and a bug has been filed to fix
it. I wasn't clever enough to figure how to do this, so I had an idea
for a temporary workaround to let people in.

I'm now tying the payphone keypad to the Consenso voice over the
Noisebridge API. If you press 0, Consenso will announce that someone
is downstairs, so you can go look at them on the video, buzz them in,
go downstairs and talk with them, or whatever.

Unfortunately this doesn't help our downstairs neighbors very much. I
attempted to communicate with them but no one would talk to me. If
they're having problems because their doorbell doesn't work, they may
complain to the landlord. We could possibly give them a keypad code to
use in the interim.

I screwed the faceplate back on the doorbell so it doesn't look so bad
from out front, but the buttons are missing. I believe Asheem has
assigned himself to this bug.
