Last year I used Vodafone (in a cheap dumb-phone) for voice, and Congstar (in my real phone) for data while in Germany.  Congstar was really cheap at 10 EUR for unlimited data for a month.  And you can buy Congstar SIM cards at lots of grocery stores. Mitch.  ------------------------
