I have a Z340, it's kinda neat but the camera component of it is only indifferent; it's about the same performance (or a little worse than) the camera in my Galaxy Nexus. The printer has some interesting characteristics, notably a colour shift if you try to use it in very cold or very hot conditions.

The real sticking point is the battery life- it can only print a couple dozen times on a charge, which isn't enough for a whole party's worth of opportunistic polaroidery.
