Besides the aforementioned brain cell additions, some of you might be
familiar with the latest studies on "cycles" and circadian rhythms as they
pertain to health. (lifewaves.com225 <http://lifewaves.com>) Apparently,
too much rest or too much exertion is bad. Making waves (with your heart
rate) is beneficial. So breaking up that long computer session and getting
some exercise is actually a good thing. Of course, you don't have to
juggle, although it is a fun thing to do, and it really will increase brain
cells. But you could: jump rope, dance, swim, do jumping jacks or other
aerobic exercise, or ? So come on over to the church classroom at
Noisebridge and astound yourselves!
