I have to agree - I wish it would be more straightforward that this goes toward helping get a hackerspace off the ground. I don't see anything about that - you'll be a "co-founder," but how will the money actually go to help Hack the Gallery? It looks to me like this is funding a self-help book, either written by Patrick or David.
