That sounds awful; it doesn't matter whether we've explained to him our
community standards, looking up women's skirts without their permission is
not acceptable behavior *anywhere*, and someone who would treat you with
that amount of disrespect does not deserve to be a part of this community.
If you choose to ask for a permanent ban, I'm behind you 100%.
