Here's one: off-load more decisions to interest groups and
special-purpose teams.

     -Interest groups:
         -Electronics group
         -Dirty shop group

     -Special-purpose teams:
         -Docents
         -Mediation/Banning
         -New members

In the interest of experimentation, let each group determine their own
structure and process. Ensure transparency to prevent corruption.

Each group and team elects or appoints a representative for transparent
but small org-wide meetings.

As Senate pointed out, Consensus is ill-equipped for large groups. The
above structure would create many small groups, each of which could, if
they choose, operate by consensus. This, as Dana recommended, honors
prior NB methods.
