I run grey listing (on secondary), spamassassin, blacklists, etc. Every
couple months I have to spend and hour or two twealking something, or
debugging a delivery problem for a user. It was fun when I was a noob
sysadmin, these days I just want my mail to go through and my spam to be
minimal.
