Coming to the Noise Hack, tomorrow Saturday 6/15 at Noisebridge?
The renowned controllerist, Moldover, may stop by to lend a hand with
the midi gear donated by Livid Instruments. Livid's Peter Nyboer may
also stop by to help.
Livid is donating: "pots and maybe some encoders, along with some LED
matrix chips and SMD LED's etc., couple of prototype boards that would
be pretty feasible to build out into actual controllers. They have an
8x8 in the middle, room for 4 pots on either side of it (though, those
MIGHT be for encoders - not sure), and I think maybe a crossfader on the
bottom. It probably wouldn't be too hard a build for a moderately
experienced person. The board should have places for pin headers that
could ribbon cable to a brain."
Don't forget the 25% discount on all Livid midi DIY gear, just for
noisebridge noise hackers! Use the discount code "noisebridge" for the
