Most of the food items that need refrigeration will need to be frozen
and probably some dry ice packed in coolers. I'm keeping track of the
equipment to bring on the wiki:
https://noisebridge.net/wiki/Toorcamp_2012/DramaCafe

We will have several large pots and pans and we can get a couple of
woks. One of the more important items you probably want is a large
propane burner. That's already on the list. :-)

Contrary to what a lot of people think, many of us actually like
authentic Chinese flavors. Although I may tone down the spice just
slightly from how I usually like it.

I <3 花椒 (Sichuan pepper)

I'll be at NB between 4 and 6pm today if you want to chat. Otherwise
we can meetup at a future food planning meeting.
