This thing could be badass if the company didn't abandon the hardware along with the software. It appears to have become obsolete around 2 years after it's introduction and the company stopped distributing drivers that work with operating systems six years prior to this writing.

It runs on Windows Vista. It's a digital mixer, a MIDI control surface and a firewire DAC/ADC all rolled in one! Here's the catch, it's purpose built for specific software platforms, complete with secret proprietary drivers. This limits the unit's general purpose utility but makes it excellent for a specialized control surface for Ableton. The connection is Firewire 400, which limits how many useful computers may use this device.
