CALLI

The Collective Action & Land Liberation Institute is an east-bay non-profit, something like land-trust organization affiliated with EBPREC ( web). EBPRC took over the loan obligation and ownership of the 4799 Shattuck Ave building, in a deal including lease offers for ~34 years to Sudo Mesh (SudoRoom & PeoplesOpenNetwork ?), CounterCultureLabs, FoodNotBombs, & OmniCommons—with CALLI as the manager.

SudoRoom, taking over ownership of the building in place of OmniCommons, which may still exist for coordination among the collectives in the building.
