Power outage early this morning at Capp, reset/disabled some networking/servers that has been fixed.

Extreme winds as well, blew loose some skylights, building manager/owner has been contacted to resolve. Tyler & X co-ordinating.

Roof has been confirmed to not be blown off.

Purpose

Ⅹ: Opening for discussion from our original creation of noisebridge and general check-in and comments on such.

The purpose of this corporation is to promote and encourage technical, scientific, and artistic skills through individual projects, social collaboration, and education. Also in the context of these purposes, the corporation shall engage in scientific, charitable and educational activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including but not limited to:

(a). Through talks, classes, workshops, collaborative projects, and other activities, to encourage research, knowledge exchange, learning, and mentoring in a safe, clean space. (b). Provide educational spaces for teaching practical skills and theory of technology, science, and art. (c). Provide work space, storage, and other resources for projects related to art, science, and technology that will benefit the individual members' personal growth in their fields of interest, encouraging the individual members to share their projects and knowledge for the betterment of society through art, science and technology. (d). To create, learn, and teach, individually and as a group, inviting members of the community in the San Francisco area and the world. (e). To develop, support the development of, and provide resources for the development of free and open source software and hardware for the benefit of society. (f). Collaboration across disciplines for the benefit of cultural, charitable, and scientific causes. (g). To foster, by all legal means, the common purposes of its participants. (h). To conduct or engage in all lawful activities in furtherance of the stated purposes or those incidental to them.

TJ: there was a spike after christmas. it seems to have peaked for now. The US has peaked it seems. Hopefully the vaccines come out soon. We are still on lockdown till further notice. That is the law.

X: For it to change, things have to improve for at least 2 weeks.

TJ: we are at 3%. Once we are at 10% below capacity the city might open up. We still have alot of cases in california.

X: i've only been there to do the absolutely necessary things. fixing servers and checking for roof issues. I want to change the number to one household at a time. We might hold off for a while doing anything.

Dan: Iterates "Item 0" in Consesnsus in which we respect the current guidence of SF and California, which is currently under stay at home direction. No mixing of households or unnessary activities or risk, as well as general 10p-5a curfew. Also we have not actually started our lease term, and are not subject to paying rent since we are closed and unable to open with current conditions. we are not open to entertain tourists

cel sol project that ryan was working with. Ham radio station to monitor reactionary activity (VHF Currently monitored, would like to add HF, requires bigger antenna, also have remote SDR capability) Our air monitor is already attached to purple air.

Knowlegable volunteers A knowlegable volunteers help noisebridge run since we started. It was abandoned before. Anyone that does anything there was very informal. Anyone that does anything like invite people in, sweep, and stick one's neck out a bit for fun. Gwen is a volunteer. She can just come in and help and wants to help. Noisebridge has a label printer so we can slap labels on things and ship them and would be nice. Our current black and white laser printer is not funtional. We'd like another one from and for the community.
