Discussion[edit | edit source]
Discussion SF Made[edit | edit source]
Update from Cory on working with Naomi on email back and forth with SF Made.
Outlining potential advice and support noisebridge is looking for.
Discussion Laser(s)[edit | edit source]
Friend of noisebridge has a laser, considering coordinating with noisebridge for assistance in storage and repair. Can help with setting up lasers at noisebridge, particularly air handling.
There's some ongoing timing/needs being worked out, to be determined in the next week or so, plausibly this weekend. Pre move setup co-ordination for Saturday (11a), and then actual move Sunday.
Discussion Roll Up Door[edit | edit source]
Jams and throws chain off on occasion. Likely needs new to chain.
Discussion Air Quality Control[edit | edit source]
Setting up systems at Capp, with a focus on COVID air exchange.
Notes from experiences at human made and other spaces. Constant air flow, open windows. Dust and fume extraction.
Discussion Space Access / Capacitay[edit | edit source]
Current Consensus on business not as usual expiring this month.
1) Restricting the number of people indoors at 272 Capp Street to no more than 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs, and (as per current city requirement) mixing no more than 3 households total. \
Current city guidance "avoid gatherings of any size with people from other households except as expressly allowed Appendix C-2 of the Order."
Revised March 2, 2021 "C-2" https://www.sfdph.org/dph/alerts/files/C19-07-Appendix-C2-Additional-Activities.pdf mostly only allows certain types of outdoor activities
Revised March 2, 2021 overall Guidance for SF https://www.sfdph.org/dph/alerts/Business-and-Activities-Table.pdf
TJ let's not absolutely restrict nor absolutely permit people into the space. we would rather open up slowly.
Key distribution to be determined as needed during weekly meetings.
we'd love to get RFID's when possible to be able to reasonably restrict use.
We need to re-build the door/access physical infrastructure before RFID/NFC is practical.
tldr; businesses "aka: noisebridge" are still only permitted to engage in minimum basic operations.
Discussion Remote Capp Monitoring[edit | edit source]
What do we want to end up with longer term.
Current setup, focuses on driveway, and generaly monitors coming/going. Entire system or part of it turned off as needed.
Cameras are available and setup in the space mostly for jitsi video conferencing, can also be used as wanted for interacting/monitoring in the space.
Green/Red light system indication. Red light indicates active feeds accessilble to the internet and/or otherwise monitoring. Green light indicates someone is available to facilitate access.
