    == (discussion item) 2: [topic] == From/Raised by: Elle Seeking: decision/outcome/advice/[?] On topic: Build in Real Life  "Build IRL"
    Build in Real Life is an organization made up of community organizers. Myself and Daniel are participating. One person from BiRL will be attending our safety meeting tomorrow. they want to have an event here the 22nd of June. Wondering if we should ask the to pay a little money for it? It will take up one of the rooms for the whole day.
    Are we interested?
    Julius: Whole group of them would show up that day and are just... looking for stuff to do in the space?
    Elle: Yeah, pretty much.
    JD: Side Note - for tomorrow's safety meeting, please discuss signage around the space for me, since I wont be able to attend!
    Some questions about how to propose the meetup on the 22nd. What areas of the space to use? How to ask them for donations/money for using the space? etc
    Bit of a debate on that. Going to ask a rep of theirs to come to next week's meeting to ask them questions and get consensus before formally posting the event.

    Will need materials for that. Likely to have a requested donation associated with that.
    Julius: would you want those materials/fundas allocated ahead of time?
    Ken: Just kinda wanted to put the plans out there.

    = Do-ocratic Task Board = Participation also means doing stuff to contribute to the space. Propose new tasks or pick some tasks from [https://github.com/noisebridge/buildout-capp Github], from what needs to be done around you, or whatever, and see if someone will sign up to work on that task. Anyone can sign up and it's a great way to show you are contributing!

    ==Fun things to do after==
    * Do a 10 minute cleanup, bring dishes up stairs and wash them, clean the bathroom * Have some beers on the patio * Prepare the next weeks' meeting notes * Lick the walls. Or just draw on them * sing the [[Hackernationale]] (this almost never happens)
