Excellence

Guilds

What are they? Is anyone trying to become a Member or Associate Member? If not move on. No long discussions. Some interest from a participant or two, given applications.

Financial Report (first Tuesday of month only)

In-process of transferring some interest money from CD into checking or savings. That's about it

Spending Needs

Gotta spend money on XYZ (i.e. Gate, wiring etc.). WHO CAN SIGN THE CHECK OR LEND THE CREDIT CARD!?!?! It doesn't matter if we agree to do something and it can’t be paid for.

We have more of the big bags, the last roll of them were stored over by the woodshop can. We'll need more big ones soon, I'll get some from Costco. I'd like to make/ have labelled drawers (maybe 3" wide, 4-8" tall, 12-18" deep) with distinctive colors, for 13 / ? / ? / 55 gallon bags. We need new trash signage. Consistent color-coded symbols for trash, recycle, (compost). We can pre-cut (~ 3in x 11in maybe, 1/3s of letter paper). Thinking of making a trash wiki page to track the sizes + locations of cans we have, to plan better. Some of the indoors cans need plastic bins inside them. As it stands now, bags rip & tear as they're coming out of metal bins with sleeves and lids, but without plastic bins inside. In short: metal bin w/ lid + plastic inner bin + plastic bag is winning combo. metal bin + plastic bag causes more trouble Lock backups of useful supplies, like cleaning materials, trash bags, etc in a secure place. Convert the shower with some shelving (which are available: Loren) into lockable storage. Also utilize the plastic storage cabinet next to the knitting machine. Mark suggests open-accessible useful supplies be in more 'solid-surface-attached' containers, so they don't just go running away quite so easily.

No monitors that we know of.

Location: somewhere upstairs near the top of the front stairwell. Elle clarifies what spac is being used for something already for the upcoming party.

We can borrow scaffolding from a neighbor. But we agree to hold him not liable for injuries arrising from use of scaffolding. We'll make good signs for it "use of scaffolding & climbing is at your own risk"
