Holiday party -- lots of chatting, took us a full hour to get through introductions. Some online attendees came in person, mainly regulars.

• Elan -- recently interested in setting up a self-hosted SW dev ecosystem, to replicate big tech's version of things. would like the same amount of convenience outside. Testing on docker containers, deploy to k8s. Bazel, with template repos, scalable web software company in a box
• Doug -- had projects, all blown up over the last 48 hours.
