  1. Know the law: Describe the laws that apply to lock picking including possession, use, of lock picks and other bypass tools.
  2. Know your locks: Be able to identify and describe the general mechanism of common locks
  3. Know the methods: Be able to describe why the different types of bypass work
  4. Opening Locks:
    1. Be able to pick a basic pin and tumbler lock (from 1 pin to 5 pins)
    2. Be able to pick a basic wafer lock
