  • Ask Javier or MusicJ about music-related event

  • New version of Barbot, brought most money at 4 previous fundraisers, made $1K+ each time
  • Ask LXPK (and Mcint) about overall timeline, low resolution - high level planning of weekend of events.

Planning Considerations[edit | edit source]

  • Safety: Guidelines on distancing, vaccination+ booster requirements, masks, and safe occupancy numbers.
  • Outside: Outside patio area can provide safer area for congregations with open air ventilation, as per many businesses operating street tables.
  • Noise Levels and Hours: Hack Comedy experienced someone telling us to be quiet at one point so we need to keep loud stuff earlier in the day.
  • Sound barrier: A wall of some kind could absorb most of our noise from inside.

Outreach[edit | edit source]

Plans for promoting the event.

How to volunteer[edit | edit source]

If you want to volunteer and correspond with the group, it is helpful to put your name next to whatever you're involved with and contact info. The best way to list contact info is to have a Wiki user page with your info on it and put a link to that.

Space Improvements (before the event?)[edit | edit source]

Past Celebrations[edit | edit source]

We can look back at some of our past events for inspiration on what to keep doing.
