Schedule[edit | edit source]

  • 6pm tours
  • 7-9pm event

Todo List January 11, 2024[edit | edit source]

- [ ] Get Event on Noisebridge Calendar (waiting on #events meeting discord calendar) - 12/14/22 - @brennan looks like it'll be chaotic, I hate dealing with people on discord but they're still working out the process

- [ ] Educate group on the culture of Noisebridge (the tour offering before or after the event) - __they just want to make sure we're not a business group coming in, trying to get engineers to work for free, with no concern for the community. Since this is a community group and not primarily business oriented I think it's fine__

Done[edit | edit source]

- [x] Get event on Noisebridge meetup page - have this closed off to participants and forward people to the SLUG meetup page -

- [x] Get event up on SLUG meetup page

- [x] Romy Attends meeting, secures space. discussed that it's an open source programming language. we probably don't have to attend another meeting

- [x] Brennan attended a meeting, reassures Noisebridge that we will respect the community space as it's run by volunteers

- [x] Logistics - make sure woodshop is silent during our talk (Brennan took care of it)

Upcoming[edit | edit source]

  • February 8, 2024 - (90% likely not confirmed yet)

Overview[edit | edit source]

Welcome to the San Fransisco Swift Language User Group!

We're a community of programmers who share a passion for using the Swift programming language introduced by Apple in 2014 and used all around the world to develop for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, Server-Side Swift, and more! And of course Swift is open source.

Whether you're a beginner just getting started with Swift or an experienced professional, you'll find a warm welcome here.

Join us for in-person meetups in San Francisco or connect with fellow Swift developers online!
