Telebridge is a proposed AV streaming cart with a display monitor, a webcam, a conference room microphone, speakers and a streaming server with a "ON AIR" indicator light. It is designed to facilitate single-click streaming to enable event organizers and meetings to instantly include online participants for accessibility. |
THIS PROPOSAL IS ON HOLD: WE FOUND A WEBCAM THAT HAS A REALLY GOOD MIC AND WERE TRYING THAT OUT FOR NOW
So right now we have a portable stand (AV Cart like thing) that has a keyboard tray, and it has a large flatscreen monitor mount on it. We have been using it for having remote presence ability in our meetings. This setup, at one point worked well, but we kept having to pass around a mic, which was inconvenient, and also parts from it keep getting taken for other projects so it would be nice to have a set of dedicated equipment for this purpose.
The goal here will be to have an easily deployable reliable non-permanent conference mic setup. The mixer should be able to be easily fixed to the back of the monitor or under the keyboard of the AV Cart
