I'm a food hacker and biotechnologist travelling the world learning and teaching food&beverage fermentation and discovering the beauty of life! I'm participating in the hacker movement because of it's openness, versatility and potential to improve the life on this planet. I'm promoting the use of ancient arts combining it with the new ones.
I'm one of the founding members of Tastebridge, currently working for example on Food Hacking Base community project which about similar stuff as Tastebridge in its time but more internationally focused, evolving rather into the "umbrella organization".
