Tips[edit | edit source]

Safety Tips[edit | edit source]

  • NEVER leave the chuck key in the chuck. You, or the next person to use the tool after you, will take somebody's eye out. This tool spins at thousands of RPM and centrifugal force is a harsh mistress; always take out the chuck key after installing or removing a bit.
  • The drill press is not bolted down to anything. Make sure neither your workpiece nor the tool will move while you are drilling.
  • Beware of loose or cockeyed bits.
  • The tool has a laser sight. Don't look into it.
